Tri City Pressure Washing was very responsive from the start. Devon visited the house the next day after first contact. He was punctual and represented his company well. The complete service price including the house with attached garage, the house roof, and detached garage was very competitive against three other services. He arrived on time to perform the work and did an excellent job. He even offered to return in the event the roof had algae begin growing again as part of his complete service. I was looking for someone to clean my Sunbrella deck furniture cushions, deck furniture and deck. Devon quoted a reasonable price. When he arrived he noticed some mold on the vinyl siding and volunteered to power wash that side of the house at no additional charge. He had planned to use the power washer on the cushions but agreed to hand wash them at my request. His can do, no problem attitude and quality work places him at the top of my list. ~ Kathleen B

Devon power washed two brick walls, two signs, two retaining walls, and a rail fence for our subdivision. He did an outstanding job! The letters on the sign were old, stained, and contained small cracks. Devon took the time to clean them by hand to prevent damage and remove the stains. The letters look like new! Devon was a very respectful gentlemen and he worked hard to ensure that the power washing was done up to par! I recently had a photographer come to take photos of my house and the photographer mentioned that there was a 200% improvement on the appearance of my home from before the service. He and his partner have their routine down to a science and they finished power washing our our 5th floor rooftop deck in about 2 hours, no easy feat.
