Devon power washed two brick walls, two signs, two retaining walls, and a rail fence for our subdivision. He did an outstanding job! The letters on the sign were old, stained, and contained small cracks. Devon took the time to clean them by hand to prevent damage and remove the stains. The letters look like new! He stayed in touch prior to and during the job. His price was significantly lower than our other estimates. I strongly recommend Devon and Tri City Pressure Washing! ~ Rick A

Devon was a very respectful gentlemen and he worked hard to ensure that the power washing was done up to par! Devon came over for the estimate and he arrived on the day promised and on time and proceeded to perform the work we agreed upon. He worked diligently and reworked tough areas on our patio and pool deck. When finished, everything looked much cleaner and everything promised was performed. He was pleasant, honest, and competent. Devon said that he would arrive at 9am and by 9am, he was here and prepared to go to work. He and his partner have their routine down to a science and they finished power washing our our 5th floor rooftop deck in about 2 hours, no easy feat.
